Is A2 milk healthier?

The difference between A2 milk and regular milk is the presence of certain beta-casein proteins. Regular milk contains both A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins while milk with a higher concentration of A2 proteins is known as A2 cow milk.
After multiple studies to determine which type of milk is healthier or more nutritious, researchers have yet to find any concrete evidence to support any claims of either being the better choice.
