Milk is always a good idea, albeit often a confusing one!
Slim milk or low-fat, organic or conventional, A1 or A2 – the choices are endless.
The primary difference between A1 and A2 milk lies in the protein. Casein is the largest group of proteins found in milk, of which beta-casein is the 2nd most common. Regular milk contains both A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins while milk with a higher concentration of A2 proteins is known as A2 cow milk.
After multiple studies to determine which type of milk is healthier or more nutritious, researchers are yet to find any concrete evidence to support any claims of either being the better choice.
However, irrespective of A1 or A2 milk, the source of the milk is important for one to avail the full benefits of milk. Organic milk is shown to have a higher nutritional package while being free from antibiotics, synthetic hormones and chemical residues.
Akshayakalpa Organic brings the goodness of pure, organic milk in both A1 and A2 variants.
