Our Paneer is made from organic milk.  But what is organic milk ?

The quality of milk is determined by the quality of what a cow eats. Ensuring her diet is fully organic is the first step in ensuring that the milk is not just ‘fresh from farm’ but CLEAN too.

Now why is this important?
The cow’s diet becomes one of the most important factors in determining the nutritional value of the milk. After all, isn’t nutrition the main reason for adding milk to the child’s day? Unfortunately, cows that eat processed, unhealthy fodder or garbage will pass on the ill effects of the same to us.

Is the protein content different in the 100g and 200g packs?
Yes, there is a slight difference. The 200g pack contains around 28g of protein per 100g, while the 100g pack contains around 25g per 100g.

How much fat is present in the 100g and 200g packs?
There is a slight variation in fat content. The 200g pack contains around 11g of fat per 100g, while the 100g pack contains around 9g per 100g.

Who should choose the 100g pack over the 200g pack?
The 100g pack is ideal for individuals or small families, first-time users wanting to try the product, and those following controlled portions or calorie-conscious diets. It provides around 189 kcal per 100g, along with high protein (25g) and relatively lower fat (9g), making it suitable for balanced and mindful consumption.

Is the shelf life different for the 100g pack?
No. The shelf life remains 30 days when stored under recommended conditions, as the same packaging technology is used across pack sizes.

Which pack is better for lower fat preference?
The 100g pack has slightly lower fat, making it preferable for fat-conscious consumers.

Is the taste or texture different in the 100g HPP compared to the 200g pack?
No. The taste and texture remain the same as the 200g HPP.

If 200g HPP has 28g protein per 100g, why does the 100g pack have only 25g?
The 100g pack is intentionally standardized to deliver 25g protein per serving.

Is the fat content of the 100g High Protein Paneer similar to Malai Paneer?
No. The 100g High Protein Paneer contains 9g fat per 100g, contributing 81 kcal from fat, while malai paneer contains 24g fat per 100g, contributing 216 kcal from fat itself, making HPP a lower-fat option.

What is the casein–whey ratio for both products?
Both 100g and 200g HPP have the same casein: whey ratio of ~80:20 in milk, which results in a ~85–90% casein-dominant protein profile in the final paneer.

Akshayakalpa Organic Paneer has a great shelf life of 1 MONTH from the date of its manufacture and must always be refrigerated at a temperature of 3-4 degree centigrade. Once opened, please do consume it within a day or two.  If some paneer remains after opening the packet, we suggest storing the blocks in cold water in the refrigerator and using it within a day. 

We maintain stringent hygiene measures at our farms as well as our plant to ensure that our milk is untouched by human hands, free from antibiotics, induced growth hormones and pesticides.
