What is organic curd?

Not all curd is created the same. The quality and purity of the curd depend on the core ingredient used to make it – MILK!

When curd if crafted using organic milk from cows feeding on organic fodder, that is grown on certified organic soils, then it can be deemed as ‘Organic curd’. Organic curd is also free from any preservatives, synthetic additives, and chemical residues.
