- Chopped veggies (bell peppers, tomato, sweet corn, zucchini, onion etc)
- Italian seasoning
- Grated Akshayakalpa Cheese
- Akshayakalpa Bread
In a bowl, mix the chopped veggies of your choice (bell peppers, tomato, sweet corn, zucchini, onion etc) with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and grated cheese.
Trim the Akshayakalpa bread slices
In one slice, cut out the center portion in circular
Take another bread slice and smear some pizza sauce or normal tomato ketchup
Put one Akshayakalpa cheese slice and layer the other slice
Fill the hole with veggie stuffing. Top with more cheese and bake at 180-200° C for 10-12 mins until the edges are crisp and brown.
