Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chopped veggies of your choice (bell peppers, tomato, sweet corn, zucchini, onion etc) with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and grated cheese.

Trim the Akshayakalpa bread slices
Step 3
In one slice, cut out the center portion in circular
Step 4 Take another bread slice and smear some pizza sauce or normal tomato ketchup
Step 5 Put one Akshayakalpa cheese slice and layer the other slice
Step 6
Fill the hole with veggie stuffing. Top with more cheese and bake at 180-200° C for 10-12 mins until the edges are crisp and brown.
