- Jaggery powder
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a small bowl, add the jaggry powder along with the melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
Dust some Maida and add 1 glass of milk in it.
Whisk until well combined, just to make sure there are no lumps present in the mixture. Set aside.
Make star shape cookies with the help of mould.
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is browned.
It can be had as is or with caramel or a chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
