Cheesy jalapeños corn muffins

Dry Ingredient

  • 11/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika

Wet ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted Akshayakalpa Organic butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Final adding ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup grated Akshayakalpa artisanal cheddar
  • 3/4 cup cooked corn
  • 1 tbsp jalapeños


Step 1:

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC and grease a muffin pan.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and keep aside.

Step 3:

Whisk together the wet ingredients then pour into the dry and mix until just combined. Add the corn, jalapeno and cheese and mix well.

Step 4:

Fill the muffin tin with batter and place it in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
