  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup akshayakalpa organic ghee
  • 2 cardamom powdered
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar


Step 1
Take a pan and add wheat flour.  Stir for 2 mins and add 1 cup of ghee and continue stirring till the raw smell is gone and the flour becomes aromatic and start to turn golden brown. (Roast wheat in ghee slowly in low flame )

Step 2
Take a vessel and fill it with water. Add sugar to it cook it and stir to dissolve

Step 3
Add syrup into the roasted mix and keep cooking till the ghee is completely gone.

Step 4
Add cardamom powder and mix well. Serve it hot and delicious.
