  • Akshayakalpa mild Cheddar-100gms 
  • Rice Batter: 500gms
  • Salt to taste


 Step 1:

Soak organic raw cleaned, washed rice(300gms) in potable water for 4-5 hours along with 100gms urad dal and 1 tbsp of sabudana or poha 

Step 2:

Grind to a fine paste and allow to ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight.

Step 3:

Add Himalayan pink salt as per taste and water to a pouring consistency and mix well
