Bowl of carrots & curds

Carrots are a bundle of Vitamin A, B6, K1 and Beta carotene. They are a perfect health food and best beneficial when combined with organic curd. 

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalpa curd-200gms
  • Fresh grated carrots-100gms Jaggrey/gur/honey/sugar-1tbsp(optional) 
  • Fresh coriander leaf to garnish (optional) 

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients gently and serve chilled or cold.
