Paneer is tasty and nutrient-dense food. It is a rich source of protein and also contains a good amount of Vitamin A.

Try this fun dish today to spruce up your tea time or as a fancy side dish for your lunch or dinner!


  • Cornflour – 1/4 Cup
  • Rice flour – 1/4 Cup
  • Akshayakalpa Organic Paneer – 200 gms
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Herb mix – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Peri Peri seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Chat masala – to taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying


Step 1

Mix Rice flour, cornflour, salt, chilli powder,  pepper powder, peri peri seasoning, and ginger garlic paste.

Step 2

add water and make the batter and keep aside.

Step 3

Marinate paneer cubes in Salt, Pepper, Chilli powder and chat masala for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Dip Marinated Paneer in the batter like Bajji

Step 5

Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden.

Step 6

Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden.

Step 7

Place the popcorn on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

Step 8

Sprinkle some chat masala on top.
