MANGO YOGURT PANNACOTTA

This is absolutely a very easy and quick dessert. Just a handful of ingredients… whisk them all and this fabulous dessert is ready.

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalapa Curd
  • 1/2 Mango Puree
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1tbsp Agaragar powder/2 tbsp bloomed gelatin

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl take 1 cup set curd, 1/2 Mango Puree, wisk well.

Step 2
In another bowl, heat 1/2 cup cream, stir in 1/4th cup sugar until sugar dissolves.

Step 3
Add 1tbsp Agaragar powder/2 tbsp bloomed gelatin. Stir on medium heat intil lump free.

Step 4
Add cream mixture to curd mixture. Mix well and pour in desired moulds.

Step 5
Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy
