Dahi ke kabab : can dahi be any more versatile many wonder we can’t cook snacks out of curd but here u go best way to consume as snack I have been using @akshayakalpa yummiest curds both in Normal n set form

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalpa Organic curd-200gms
  • Honey and cherries -1 tbsp each
  • Hung curd out of Akshayakalpa set curd
  • Oats powder
  • Coriander
  • Green chili

Masala mix:-

  • Coriander seeds
  • Jeera
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Kasturi meth

Directions

Step 1
Hung curd out of set curd
Oats powder
Coriander
Green chili
Masala mix:-
Coriander seeds
Jeera
Pepper
Salt
Kasturi methi

Step 2
Mix all the above ingredients well and make small flat balls.

Step 3
Roll it over breadcrumbs or powdered poha will work same way.

Step 4
Deep fry the flat balls.

Step 5
Serve hot
