GUDH MAKHANA
This is absolutely a very easy and quick dessert. Just a handful of ingredients… whisk them all and this fabulous dessert is ready.
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa Ghee
- Baking soda
- 1 Cup jaggery
- Roasted Makhanas
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Fennel seed
- Crushed peanuts
Directions
Step 1
Take 1 Cup Jaggery, add 2 tbsp water & let it cook on low flame.
Step 2
As soon as jaggery melts add 1tbsp Desi Ghee.
Step 3
Mix well and switch off the flame.
Step 4
Add pinch of baking soda, mix well and make sure the flame is off.
Step 5
Add roasted makhanas, mix lightly
Step 6
Add roasted sesame seeds, fennel seed & crushed peanuts. Final mix and spread it over a flat surface
Step 7
Let it cool & enjoy this winter special delicacy
