This is absolutely a very easy and quick dessert. Just a handful of ingredients… whisk them all and this fabulous dessert is ready.
- Akshayakalpa Ghee
- Akshayakalpa Honey
- 1 part Wheat Puff Pastry
- 125 gms Brie/Camembert Cheese
- 6-8 sprigs of Rosemary
- 1 cup mixed Berries (strawberries & mulberries)
- Figs (optional)
- Whole Wheat Crackers
Add the brie to the puff pastry & place a few Rosemarie sticks on top.
Pack the brie with the pastry, grease with ghee & bake it in the oven at 180°for 15 mins.
Place it in the center of the fruit & herb wreath.
Drizzle with honey.
Enjoy with some crackers or bread.
