Curd Dip

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalpa set curd or tub curd-200ml
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp,
  • Cumin seeds ½. ½ tsp
  • Akshayakalpa ghee,
  • Saunf/fennel ½ tsp,
  • Chopped mint, coriander leavesand curry leaves
  • 1tsp, Hing/Asafetida-pinch,
  • A pinch of turmeric,
  • 3-4 peppercorns,
  • Onion-1 small-sized (optional),
  • Sambar powder-½ tsp or chilli powder –½ tsp 
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee add all the seasoning ingredients and sauté for 30 seconds, fry onions till light pink 

Step 2:

In the same heat add chilli powder or sambar powder and allow to cool

Step 3:

Add the whisked curd and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
