Carrots are a bundle of Vitamin A, B6, K1 and Beta carotene. They are a perfect health food and best beneficial when combined with organic curd.
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa curd-200gms
- Fresh grated carrots-100gms Jaggrey/gur/honey/sugar-1tbsp(optional)
- Fresh coriander leaf to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients gently and serve chilled or cold.
