Mint flavoured milk

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalpa Pasteurized milk-200ml 
  • Fresh mint leaves-15-20
  • 1 tbsp coconut jaggery or palm sugar 

Directions

Step 1:

Boil milk in a vessel

Step 2:

Wash the mint leaves and grind to a fine paste

Step 3:

Mix the mint paste with the milk and strain/filter 

Step 4:

Add coconut jaggery or cane jaggery or honey and serve hot
