Banana Milkshake
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa Pasteurized milk-200ml
- 1 small Banana, Nenthran preferably
- 1 tbsp coconut jaggery or palm sugar
- 1 Elaichi, 1 aniseed for flavour( optional)
Directions
Step 1:
Boil milk in a vessel
Step 2:
Fine paste the ripe banana with elaichi and jaggery
Step 3:
Pour warm milk into the banana paste and whip once
Step 4:
Dip aniseed twice and remove the seed and serve warm or cold
