Is powdered or reconstituted milk used for UHT milk?
‘Ultra-heat treatment’ is a process of heating fresh milk to a high temperature of about 140-142 degrees Celsius for 2, to kill bacteria in milk and increase its shelf-life naturally.
UHT milk is not reconstituted milk and retains all the macro-nutrients and benefits of fresh milk.
Akshayakalpa Organic Cow Milk is ultra-heat treated organic cow milk from happy, healthy cows living on organic farms. It contains no antibiotics, induced hormones or chemical residues and is full of naturally-occurring nutrition of organic milk.
Because it has a naturally-increased shelf-life and doesn’t require boiling before consumption, Akshayakalpa Organic Cow Milk can be used directly at room temperature or can be added chilled to milkshakes, smoothies, fruit bowls, cereals and more.
