Cheese Garlic Broccoli
Carrots are a bundle of Vitamin A, B6, K1 and Beta carotene. They are a perfect health food and best beneficial when combined with organic cheese.
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa Mild Cheddar
- Akshayakalpa Milk
- Akshayakalpa Butter
- Broccoli
- Chilli flakes
- Bread crumbs
- 1 finely chopped onion & Garlic
- 2 tbsp of Akshayakalpa salted butter
- flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
Directions
Step 1:
In pan take 1tbsp butter and 1tbsp olive oil, add chopped garlic and onion.
Step 2:
Stir fry. Add 2tbsp of flour and 1 cup of milk.
Step 3:
Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and little bit of thyme.
Step 4:
Mix well.
Step 5:
Arrange the blanched broccoli florets in a greased baking dish.
Step 6:
Pour the cheddar cheese sauce over it.
Step 7:
Top with more cheese, chilli flakes & breadcrumbs. And half cup grated Cheddar cheese
Step 8:
Bake at 180 degree C for 20-25 min
Step 9:
Serve it hot.
