 
                              Spring onion leaf-curd

Spring onion leaves are an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fibre. Combined with Akshayakalpa curd which is an essential source of calcium and proteins, it is an endorsement to improve your digestion and blood sugar levels.
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa curd-200gms
- Fresh spring onion leaves –50 gms
- Pinch oregano flakes
- Jaggery/Gur/honey/sugar-1tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaf and cherry to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients gently and serve chilled or cold.
