Bowl of spring onion leaf curd

Spring onion leaves are an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fibre. Combined with Akshayakalpa curd which is an essential source of calcium and proteins, it is an endorsement to improve your digestion and blood sugar levels. 

Ingredients

  • Akshayakalpa curd-200gms 
  • Fresh spring onion leaves 50 gms 
  • Pinch oregano flakes 
  • Jaggery/Gur/honey/sugar-1tbsp 
  • Fresh coriander leaf and cherry to garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients gently and serve chilled or cold.
