What is Organic whole wheat bread anyway?
Whole wheat bread is made from all components of the grain — the bran, germ, and endosperm — whereas white bread is made from refined flour and only retains the endosperm.
As a result, 100% whole wheat bread is usually healthier than white bread because it contains more fiber, has a higher nutritional value, and may have fewer calories.
The organic nature ensures that there are no dough conditioners, preservatives, emulsifiers, or harmful rising agents used, keeping the quality of the bread intact.
So what’s so special about our Bread?
To start with, the Akshayakalpa range of bread is organic in nature which means that there are no stabilizers or preservatives in it. It is made from 100% whole wheat flour – without the use of maida, refined flour, or additional gluten – to make it stretchier and more put together. Other chemicals like dough conditioners and rising agents are also completely avoided.
Each loaf is hand-rolled, handcrafted, and baked individually, often making each loaf unique and different from each others visually.
Storage
Akshayakalpa Organic Whole Wheat Bread has a shelf life of 3 DAYS from the date of its manufacture and must always be stored in a cool and dry place. Once opened, it should be shifted to an air tight container and consumed within the shelf life expiry.

We maintain stringent hygiene measures at our farms as well as our packaging facilities to ensure that our products are untouched by human hands, free from antibiotics, contain no harmful chemical additives, and pesticides.
