What is Good Food, really? The question shaping your health journey

Is Good Food just about taste? Or is it also about the soil it grows in, the farmer behind it, and the way it shapes your health? These are the questions at the heart of this episode of Good Food Talks, where Zerodha and Rainmatter co-founder Nithin Kamath and Akshayakalpa Organic CEO Shashi Kumar come together to discuss what Good Food really means and why this conversation matters today.
For Nithin, the journey began with simple questions: Where does my food come from? What goes into it? Why had he never thought about this earlier? The answers revealed how disconnected most of us are from our food and how much clarity emerges once we begin asking.
For Shashi, the connection has always been personal. Growing up in a farming family, he witnessed firsthand how difficult it was to make farming viable. Even with land, his father could not make ends meet. That early experience convinced him that without farmers earning a dignified livelihood, the entire food system is compromised.
