Carrot Flavoured Milk
Ingredients
- Akshayakalpa Pasteurized milk-200ml
- 1 big fresh carrot
- 1 tbsp coconut jaggery or palm sugar
- 1 Elaichi, pinch of cinnamon powder(optional)
Directions
Step 1:
Boil milk in a vessel.
Step 2:
Fine paste the grated carrot with Elaichi and cinnamon powder
Step 3:
Pour warm milk into the mixie jar of carrot paste and whip once
Step 4:
Strain/ filter and serve the warm /cold milk
